The Sports Museum of America (SMA), a $101 million public/private join venture, is pleased to serve as a reference for Real Estate Solutions Group (RESG).

RESG played a seminal role throughout the successful financing of The SMA (the nation's first comprehensive tourist attraction/museum celebrating all sports) , a $101 million public/private venture. From Spring 2003 through Summer 2006 RESG performed multiple functions for the SMA, the most important of which was creating reliable financial projections for the project. It was, in large part, these projections and the immense thought and research behind them, that gave governmental entities, bond purchasers and equity investors confidence in the sound nature and future of the project. The SMA project simply could not have come to fruition without the assistance of RESG.

The knowledge and experience of the team at RESG, particularly that of the firm's founder Patty Adell, was instrumental to our success as a project.

We welcome the opportunity to further discuss Real Estate Solutions' work personally if you like, or to elaborate on our extensive experience as a client.

Sincerely,
Philip Schwalb, CEO

"The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund hired Real Estate Solutions Group to evaluate its business plan for a proposed national museum in 2006. RESG provided an independent review of the Fund's estimates of visitors, earned revenues and operational expenses. RESG did an outstanding job of balancing the need for complete independence with a careful and sympathetic review of the Fund's vision and unique place in the Washington, DC cultural market place. RESG used its in-depth knowledge of the proposed Museum to select comparable museums for case studies, which were a key element of its analysis The Fund has relied on RESG's report both in working with potential lenders and in understanding its own business in greater depth."
