The Port Authority owns thirteen parcels located along the approach to the Lincoln Tunnel on the west side of Manhattan in the Hudson Yards District. RESG assisted the client in developing a portfolio development strategy for these properties after working with a team to analyze the future market potential for development of each parcel, zoning, FAR , potential site values for new development as well as the value for the transfer of development rights.
