The NYCEDC completed exterior renovations of the historically-certified Battery Maritime Building on the East River in Lower Manhattan. RESGroup prepared a market and financial feasibility study, physical analysis, cost estimates, and economic impact analysis of three potential uses including a public market, office space, and event/restaurant uses. A developer was selected to proceed with the project.
