The City of Yonkers was developing an urban renewal plan for the Ashburton Avenue section of the city. RESG worked with a team of planners to develop a neighborhood retail strategy, analyzing potential spending, the amount of square footage that could be supported by existing and new development, types of retail, necessary public improvements and retail attraction/retention strategies.
