Completed a market analysis, cash flow, and public/private financing strategy for a proposed hotel and convention/conference center in downtown Lancaster. The developer is renovating an historic landmark department store into a 281-room full-service Marriott adjacent to a new convention center and garage. Services included structuring the public/private financing, preparing an RFP for hotel operators, reviewing the proposals and negotiating agreements to support the development, and participating in presentations to the public for project approval.
