The NYCEDC is considering the redevelopment of the area surrounding the Jamaica AirTrain, a major transit hub linking Manhattan and the JFK International Airport. RESG completed the market and financial analysis of a potential hotel and conference center to be located at, or adjacent to, the station, identified potential users of the conference center, and recommended sizing and amenities for the complex, as well as phasing.
