The National Law Enforcement Museum has designed an $80 million, 95,000-square foot, highly interactive museum to be located at the Judiciary Square Metro station in Washington, DC across from the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. RESG completed the market analysis and due diligence required for management to assess potential revenue sources from attendance and retail, and critiqued the business plan to be used for financing short term debt. As a second phase, RESG completed the market and financial analysis required to obtain financing for the project.
